This service is designed to assist Ashtabula County residents age 60 years old and older to obtain FREE prescriptions from pharmaceutical companies and help navigating through Social Security Part D programs.

Since its inception, the PAS Program has saved area seniors thousands of dollars in prescription costs. Many seniors who participate in this FREE program would not have been able to purchase needed medications or would have gone with out food or other basics of daily living to purchase their prescriptions.
