How can I get help with my prescriptions?

The RX for Seniors Program is a program that might help. This service is designed to assist Ashtabula County residents age 60 years old and older to obtain FREE prescriptions from pharmaceutical companies.  To find out more about the program or how to contact a PAS Caseworker located near you, call 440-998-6750 or e-mail rx4seniors@ashtabulaseniors.org.

Where can I get my Buckeye Card?

The Senior Center is an authorized agent.  To obtain a card you must come to the Center, 4632 Main Ave., Ashtabula to complete an application.  To qualify you must be 60 years old or order; be an Ohio resident; or have a documented disability.  Call the Center for specific information at: 440-998-6750.

Where is the Meals-on-Wheels Program located ?

The Senior Center is one of six (6) Hot Meal Sites located in Ashtabula County.  Meals are served everyday Monday through Friday at the Center at approximately 11:30 am.  For more information about the program, eligibility or the home delivered meal service, call Community Action at: 440-997-5936 or 1-800-874-8545.

What do you do at the Senior Center?

The Ashtabula Senior Center is the only Multi-Purpose full time Senior Center in Ashtabula County.  We offer a wide array of services and activities that include: Socialization; cards; crafts; music; meals; darts; medical assessments; insurance consulting; advocacy and much more.  For more information see:

Who is eligible to come to the Senior Center?

Any individual 50/60 years old or older, regardless of where they live may come to the center and participate in the activities offered.

What are your hours of operation?
